This tournament will raise money to go towards the LME Athletic Scholarship Fund. The mission of the scholarship is to provide funds to youth of Douglas County to participate in athletics, regardless of their financial circumstances, as well as organizations that support youth athletics in our area.

The tournament will take place at Bar Run Golf. Teams will consist of 4 players with a max handicap of 24 for men/28 for women allowed. The format is an 18-hole Shamble format with 2 net scores taken on each hole. There will be KP, long drive, and straight drive contests on the course. Half of the net registration fees will be paid out to the winners.

Registration is at 8am, where players will be given their hole assignments, golf carts, and tee prizes. Additional advantages may be offered for sale during registration (please bring cash to purchase). Play begins at 9am with a shotgun start. Lunch will be served on the course during tournament play and is included in your entry fee.

After the tournament, there will be an awards ceremony and "Splash for Cash" event.

On Friday, August 21st we will host a cocktail party for golfers and supporters of the LME Athletic Fund at Bar Run Golf's pool deck. Admission will be $50 per person and will include appetizers, beer and wine. Details to follow.
