We are thrilled to invite you to the 2026 Cypress Legends Golf Tournament, which will be held at Eastwood Golf Course on Saturday, September 26, 2026. This event marks a significant occasion for our school’s athletic programs.

Formerly known as the Tim Jago Memorial Golf Tournament, we renamed the event to honor the legacy of coaching excellence at Cypress Lake High School. Last year, we proudly included Coach Maureen Cannon in this tribute, recognizing the profound dedication and love she brought to everyone who knew her. We also continue to honor the memory of Coach Thomas “Tim” Jago, who passed in October 2001. Both coaches earned the admiration and respect of students, athletes, and colleagues through their unwavering commitment to education and athletics.

This year, we are proud to add living legends to our event. We will honor Coach Pat Farrell, the winningest coach in Cypress Lake’s Girls’ Soccer history.
Additionally, the annual Golf Tournament has become a cherished event aimed at celebrating the legacy of great coaching while supporting the school's athletic programs. This tournament not only keeps their spirit alive but also fosters community involvement and raises funds critical for maintaining and enhancing the athletic facilities and opportunities for students at Cypress Lake High School. 

Cypress Lake High School offers a wide range of athletic programs, including golf, swimming, lacrosse, bowling, soccer, basketball, cheerleading, tennis, football, flag football, wrestling, weightlifting, cross country, track and field, volleyball, baseball, and softball.

We are currently seeking sponsors for our event to help raise funds for our athletic programs. As a registered 501(c)(3) organization, all contributions are tax-deductible, and they will directly impact the lives of our student-athletes. Your support will enable us to improve facilities, purchase equipment, and eventually provide scholarships to deserving students.
