On behalf of the Golden Gate RIMS Board, we thank you for your continued support.  Our annual golf event raises money for Golden Gate RIMS chapter to fund the educational monthly meetings.  With high cost of hosting meetings in the Bay Area, the golf tournament allows us to offset our loss on each month's meeting.

Cancellation Policy
Any communication regarding cancellations or changes must be made directly to Tournament Director Joanne Hall (joanne@golftourneypros.com) and not to Golden Gate RIMS board members. Cancellations received prior to 7/20/26 (30 days) will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between 7/20/26 and 8/13/26 will be refunded only if your foursome or sponsorship is resold. No cancellations will be accepted after 8/13/26.

We appreciate your understanding.  This policy is in place because Golden Gate RIMS is required to provide a final count to the golf course prior and is not able to cancel without having to remit full payment.
