Nucor Steel Auburn teammates are proud to host our 11th charity golf tournament in support of Nucor House and Warrior Salute Veteran Services, A CDS Life Transitions Company. Money raised in this effort will support Veterans with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and/or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and their families to regain their lives as happy & productive members of our community. The services provided through this mission include employment opportunities, clinical & rehabilitative therapies, and family support services to help Veterans transition back into Civilian life.

Warrior Salute Veteran Services is guided by these principles:
Support to assist the Service Member in all aspects of his/her life.
Assess to determine the needs of each Service Member.
Listen to ensure each Service Member has the opportunity to share his/her feelings.
Understand to synthesize specific psychological, social, and vocational needs & goals.
Transition to plan with the individual how to get back into community life.
Empower to provide each Service Member with the tools to live independently and productively in their community and to make informed choices and decisions.
